Context
Before joining Hyphen, Sebastián developed and coordinated large scale public space projects in Santiago, Chile. He also facilitated and coordinated building processes at a construction company. At Hyphen, he led several anchor store and luxury retail projects. He is also managing the resources of the interior design team in Santiago. Sebastián’s motivation is to grow, evolve, and improve, as well as to connect with other people and gain new perspectives from various experiences at work. Sebastián continually seeks to expand his consciousness, to feel alive, grateful, and aware of the present moment. He believes that life is a path to reach the best version of oneself and enjoy this journey.
Did you know…
When Sebastián is in the office, he likes to sing songs, hoping that they stick in his colleagues’ minds. He considers it a success when, at the end of the day, people leave work singing. It’s even better when they say ‘wow’ and feel connected to each other by thinking of the same song!
