Sarah Fox

Sarah has achieved many milestones in her career, most recently becoming a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. Other highlights include becoming a director in 2023, fellow and trustee of the Institute of Leadership in 2021, and COO in 2020. At work, she is motivated by the ability to make a difference and seeing others grow and develop in their careers. As a person, she values having good friends and family, living near the sea, and sunny days.

Did you know…

Sarah was once let off a speeding ticket because the police officer who stopped her recognised her from school. It was 20 years later, but he said she had let him copy her maths homework, so he wanted to repay the favour.
