Kelita joined Hyphen in 2024 as HR adviser to advise on Hyphen’s human resources strategy and to review HR processes to make recommendations for improvement. Her role progressed and she became HR manager. This work is not limited to the UK and Ireland as Kelita has also assisted on group projects, such as the coordination of our group-wide staff review process.
Kelita is a passionate HR professional who enjoys supporting individuals during their employment as they are an important asset to business success.
Did you know?
Kelita has co-authored published children’s books. She is passionate about giving children the right tools in life so they can achieve future aspirations. Her children’s books are based around this concept.
