Charlotte Simpson-Munro

The first career highlight for Charlotte was qualifying as an architect. One of the first data centre projects Charlotte has led was Cyrus One Dub01 and she’s proud to have managed a project of that size. She then became a project runner, completing projects on site by herself and was promoted to associate in 2023. Charlotte is motivated by completing tasks that have been overdue for a while, improving the facilities for staff, and offering solutions to areas in need of improvement. She strives to improve the company for the better and its future. She is also driven by sustainability, mentoring, professional reputation, and promotion. Charlotte finds creativity and generating ideas important in her work.

Did you know…

Although Charlotte dedicates a lot of time to her family, she also loves sailing and all water sports, like surfing, paddle boarding, and wakeboarding. Charlotte has sailed for Great Britain in the British Keelboat Academy and competed in two World Championships.
